Modular Group is at the forefront of design and construction technology, manufacturing modular buildings using SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) for the Leisure Industry. The range includes, glamping pods, luxury lodges, holiday retreats, sales office, marketing suites, commercial buildings, garden buildings, with many more buildings options.

All buildings are built using the latest construction techniques, using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) which offer major benefits including longevity, high thermal values, and sound insulation.

Our buildings are available in three formats, either as a flat pack kit, or a full exterior building kit, or as a shell building. Flat pack kits generate a faster delivery, and a cost-effective option, along with reduced transport costs.

We manufacturer the SIPs ourselves within our factory facility, and are a wholesaler, supplying panels to the modular manufacturer, self-builder, and broader building community.
