SIPs FLAT PACK KIT
A SIPs flat pack building kit is a pre-cut structured kit with everything to build the shell of your building. We provide full building instructions with panels marked and coded for assembly.
This form of kit does not include windows or doors.

This form of kit includes windows, doors, roof kit and cladding.

MATERIALS SUMMARY
SIP Panels
All our panels are meticulously manufactured from PU closed cell foam sandwiched between 2 OSB3 Sheets.
Joining Splines
Joining Splines are mini SIP pieces which join the main SIP panels together. This creates a constant insulation run which minimises cold bridging.
C24 Timber
Structural graded timber is used to form the base plate, to fix the SIPs to the base top plate which ties the SIPs together and the corners, giving a solid fix when joining in the corners and around window and door recesses.
Breathable Membrane
Breathable membrane is supplied to wrap your structure to keep moisture out whilst allowing the structure to breath. 2 x 1 battens are supplied to hold the membrane. (Please note, dependant on the type of cladding used more battens may be needed exclusive of the kit.
Fixing Pack
Includes a selection of screws, long structural anchor screws, low expanding adhesive for the joining splines and clear construction drawings for assembly.
DELIVERY
HOW YOUR KIT ARRIVES
We offer UK nationwide delivery, delivered from our Blackburn based factory direct to your site.
All SIP kits are meticulously stacked, wrapped and palleted for safe transportation by our trusted hauliers.
Upon delivery of the kit, you will receive our clear, but detailed instructions, to construct your building. This allows for a much more efficient and speedy construction without the hassle of having to source other components for the build.
Please note – most kits require a large delivery vehicle, so there may be access restrictions, however our haulier will do their very best to get as close to the site/property as possible.
The driver will not be responsible for the unloading of your kit, you will require a team/ forklift to help with the unloading.
During the order process, we will liaise with you regarding delivery dates and the process for ensuring delivery goes according to plan.
