Ground Screws
Ground Screws 4U will install a robust foundation for your building using ground screws, which are the leading solution for creating a simple, solid foundation without using concrete. Using alternatives to concrete has a beneficial impact on the environment and is just one of their many benefits.
Ground screws are a cost-effective, quick method of creating your base, which is easily installed and can overcome hard-to-access locations, and excellent for the levelling of sloping ground.
Installing the ground screws, using drawings provided by the Modular Group, can take as little as 2 to 3 hours, allowing us to quickly move on to the construction of your building.

Factory Build
A popular option, chosen by many of our customers, is to have your chosen building constructed in our fully equipped factory, by our team of skilled craftsmen.
The benefit of this process is that it will the be delivered to you as a shell building, ready to be positioned on the pre-prepared base, creating a quick and efficient process.
Your building will be constructed on a steel chassis, for additional support, and a solid building that will be serviceable for many years to come.
Our customers find this process hugely beneficial and is ideal for those with the necessary property access to accept delivery of a shell building. If you are unsure of this aspect, then simply talk to us and we can advise accordingly.
Once on-site, we can either deliver leaving you to finalise the installation of your building, or we can take on board the full process leaving you with a building that is ready for you to get creative with
the interior.
